We love having cereal for breakfast (well, most of us that don’t suffer from lactose intolerance) — but did you know there are so many other things you can do with cereal?! Cereal is great for you in the morning because it’s been proven to lower cholesterol and provide high nutritional content. It also fills you up for a long period of time so you probably will eat less.
Before you drench your cereal in milk, look out for these other ways of cooking with cereal. “Cook with cereal, as in a meal?” Well, some of these will go into just your breakfast but most of these are handy little snacks that you can bring along to work. Try to work with these recipes and twist it as your own! Try to add a bit of fruit to go along with your meal because some of them are not completely healthy and good for you.
