All mommies need a confidence boost at times. We may get the blues, we may be exhausted, we may have worked too many hours in the office this week, and we may be up late tidying up and sorting laundry and through it all we may loose our confidence. Uh-oh! But it’s okay, here are 3 ways to gain back your confidence girlfriends!
1. Get Your Read On!
When was the last time you read a book amiga? I know it sounds bizarre because well, we don’t have time! What mom has time to sit on the couch and just read a book? Not one. Go for a comedy book – a light fun, read. The Shopaholic books are awesome! Pick a read that’s both interesting and inspiring to you. Let the main character in your novel be a powerful go-getter woman who loves life. Be inspired. Stay away from sad stories. Boost your confidence with a fun and successful character!

2. Yoga Sesh!
Boost your confidence with a yoga session! After a namaste class we end up being a tad bit taller, calmer, happier from within, at peace with ourselves and in tune with our feelings and emotions. Regain your confidence with an hour of yoga. Feel great physically and emotionally!
3. Push-up Bra!
Sometimes all you need is the right bra! Just like we need the right pair of shoes for every activity we also need the right type of bra for all of our activities. We have many sports bras however not enough push-up bras! A great bra has the ability to change your life. The next time you are at Victoria’s Secret, buy a push-up bra – not for anyone else but for yourself.. A little push in the right direction is all you need. Have fun with it. Take ownership of your confidence!
