I can be terribly lazy – I admit it. Most of the time, I find myself laying in bed envisioning the perfect body, rather than getting up and actually doing things to create my vision. If you’re like me, you must think that you’re just as doomed as I am, but no – I have found a glimmer of hope for us. Here’s a list of 4 exercises that can be done from the comfort of your own bed. This can be done right in the morning, before you go to sleep at night, or any other time you find yourself in bed (in my case, that’s pretty much always). No excuses now!
Side Leg Raises
This will work your glutes (BUTT!) and get you toned legs. Simply lay on your side, and lift your leg up and down, slowly – don’t let your leg touch the bed, just hover over it! Do this for 20 reps on each side, 3 times.
Open dem legs guuuuurl (so that you can get a toned butt and slim thighs, obviously). Lay on your side with your legs together, slightly bent, and then open up your knees away from each other, while keeping your feet together. Do this for 20 reps, 3 sets.
Flat belly, we’re coming for you! This move requires a bit more effort, but will totally be worth it once you get that flat stomach. As you lift your legs, cross them over each other, and also when you come back down. This works on the lower abdomen to get rid of that pooch. Do these until you want to cry (or 3 sets of 10 reps).
Get in this position and move your pelvis up and down – easy as that. Lift your hips has high as you can, and only lightly touch them on your bed as you bring your hips down. Do 15 reps on each side, 3 sets. This exercise works your abs, thighs, and butt!
Sex is a great exercise as it gets your heart rate up, your metabolic rate increasing, and calories burning. Just 30 minutes of sex can burn between 50 and 100 calories. Not to mention it doesn’t feel like an actual workout because you’re enjoying it (hopefully)!
