  1. Mash the bean curd into a paste

  1. Heat up the frying pan with the 3 tablespoons of oil
  2. Peel and cut up the potatoes into thin sticks (or as thin as you want your fries to be)
  3. Fry it in the pan
  4. Serve the fries with ketchup and sprinkle salt and pepper on top

  1. Cut the ciabatta bread in half and bake it in the oven or toaster at 350 just until it’s crunchy.

  3. Chop up the parsley and the garlic
  4. Rub garlic into the ciabatta bread
  5. Put the tomatoes on top of the ciabatta
  6. Drizzle some olive oil on top
  7. Top it off with the parsley!

  1. Cut bitter gourd into slices.

  3. Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and pepper on the slices of bitter gourd
  4. Microwave it for 5 mins.
  5. Wait for it to cool off and it will be done!
