All you need is a chair (and if you don’t have a chair, it’s time to revaluate your priorities) and 7 minutes (that can even be waiting at the bus stop – they have chairs there!). This is an app that is great for beginners to get started, but is also great for those of all levels that are tight on time.
Do you like to gamble? This is the fitness app for you. Place wagers to commit to a fitness goal and if you follow through, you get paid! If not, you pay into the communal pot of this community.
