Desserts can sometimes make you feel guilty, but add some fruits and that will cut down the guilt by at least 50%. Fruits have natural sugars that can curb your sugar craving you get for desserts, and are a lot healthier than processed sugars. They can be worked into almost any kind of recipe, but today we will be sharing our favorite fruity dessert recipes.
Chocolate/Yogurt Covered Strawberries
Probably the most classic (and most easy) fruit dessert. The best thing about this is that there are so many varieties you can do with this combo. Opt for a dark chocolate or greek yogurt if you are a bit more health conscious. Add sprinkles, toffee bits, and other toppings if you’re feeling ambitious.
