We’ve played around with different types of gooey pizza meals in the past, so it should come as no surprise that pizza is constantly on our minds. It’s okay guys, you can thank us later for introducing you to this phenomenon that takes only a few minutes to cook before your eyes.

Quesa Chicken Pesto Pizza

Here’s What You Need:

  • 1 tortilla per quesa-pizza
  • 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • Pesto sauce
  • Cream sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms


1. Cut up chicken breast into small pieces.

Add pieces into a pan with oil to cook. Add some garlic for seasoning. Make sure to cook thoroughly so that you don’t get food poisoning! Once completed, preheat your oven to 450 degrees F so that you can use it in the upcoming steps.

2. Spread cream and pesto sauce.

Begin by spreading the cream sauce to all corners of the tortilla. We decided to use a four cheese alfredo sauce because hey, you can’t ever have too much cheese! Then spread the pesto sauce over top, making sure to use just as much as you did with the alfredo sauce.

3. Add Topings.

Add the chicken pieces, diced mushrooms, and then shredded cheese on top. If you’re a big fan of cheese, try to layer it in between the chicken and diced mushrooms. If you’re also a lover of pesto, then then you can sprinkle some basil leaves over top for a stonger flavor!

4. Cook in the oven.

Leave quesa-chicken pesto pizza in the oven for 10 minutes. or until the cheese has melted and the edges of your crust has begun to brown. If you prefer crispy crusts, leave your pizza in the oven for a little bit longer until it’s a nice dark brown color.
