Mojito recipes are very much sought after in the summer, and there are so many spins you can put on a mojito. This drink is perfect to serve on a hot summer day. With a mixture of fruit juices, tea, and mint, it is sure to be refreshing! We made this one virgin style, but if you want that buzz, feel free to add rum or whatever alcoholic beverage you prefer. Enjoy this virgin fruit-tea (fruity, but with tea, get it?) mojito recipe!
What You’ll Need:
– 8 sprigs of mint
– 3 cups of green tea (or whatever tea you’d like to use)
– 6 tbsp of sugar
– 1 cup of orange juice
– 1 large lemon
– 2 cups of iced water
Start off by putting 8 sprigs of mint in a pitcher. Add in 3 cups of hot tea and let that sit for about 10 minutes. Add 6 tablespoons of white sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Pour in 1 cup of orange juice (no pulp, please!) and squeeze in one large lemon. You can also cut a few slices of lemon and throw it in there. To finish it off, stir in 2 cups of iced water. And you’re ready to serve to your thirsty guests (or yourself)!
